HAMPTONS BEACHES

CONCIERGE HAMPTONS REALTOR

Beaches in the Hamptons range from Village to Town Beaches vary beach to beach. Some offer public access & others are reserved strictly for residential vehicles with residential passes.  Strict guidelines & steep parking fines for vehicles without stickers can make for an unpleasant day at the beach.

The Town of Southampton and The Town of East Hampton outline the beaches and their parking requirements.

Public Parking for beaches with full service rest rooms & showers & a snack bar(lunch) come with a daily fee. While the fees are a bit steep; they are much less expensive than the parking ticket.  Cooper's Beach in Southampton, Main Beach in East Hampton & at Hither Hills in Montauk offer public access.
